Econolution Inc. today announced that David Lust has resigned from president and director but will continue building the TownLife community and providing excellent input into the continued growth of the company as a consultant.

Statement from the Econolution board of directors:

"David has contributed to the rapid growth and success of Econolution since he began early on in the company’s history as president and CEO. We would like to take this opportunity to deeply thank David for all the great work that he has contributed and the accomplishments made on behalf of Econolution. David has helped lead the company to a successful and sustainable level of continued growth, and has provided great leadership in creating a very unique technology and opportunity for all of our customers and their communities to enjoy. We are proud to announce that our VP of Strategic Development will be taking on the primary leadership role within Econolution and are excited about his goals to achieve a broader spectrum of community involvement in rural communities through some very exciting promotions and technology features that will be announced in the very near future."

"Wow, its been a really great last couple of years, I am so happy with the results that the team at Econolution has brought together! The last couple of years have been great on both a corporate and personal side, I have really enjoyed getting to know our customers and my colleagues. The rural communities in Alberta are some of the friendliest I have had the pleasure of visiting and working with. As you may have heard I am stepping down as president and director to explore some new and exciting opportunities that have come my way, but am pleased to announce that I will still be available to provide consultations and contributions to Econolution Inc. and its clients. I am also very excited with the near term plans Econolution has, that will be announced shortly. Stay tuned for the announcements and communication on some of the new technology the team here at Econolution has been working on for the past year. These are very exciting times for Econolution and our rural community clients and even for the ones who have yet join TownLife.
